"I have learned as much from my fellow SGE Immersion students as I have in any other class I've taken."
Jeff Fuchs, MBA '08
Our students receive a balance of rigorous training in core business disciplines coupled with an understanding of the intersection of private enterprise and sustainable development.

Building on the Johnson School's focus on leadership, we train students to become leaders and change agents who approach problem solving through innovation and entrepreneurship.

In the classroom, the SGE Immersion builds a practical foundation for understanding and capitalizing on opportunities stemming from social and environmental issues. Students gain valuable practical experience working in teams on real sustainable enterprise projects with sponsor companies.

Outside the classroom, our students are active in a number of relevant organizations including Net Impact, the Microfinance Club, and other student organizations with connections across campus.
