New Faculty Profile Request Form
Use this form to request a new faculty profile (for the web page
http://www.johnson.cornell.edu/faculty/profiles/alpha.html
.) Information submitted will be verified with the Office of Human Resources before being posted to the Johnson School web site. You will be notified when your profile has been added.
You will be contacted to schedule an appointment to have your photo taken. The new profile page will appear on the Johnson School web site approximately 3-5 business days after all materials have been received.
