Initiate a project or update

Initiating a project or update does not automatically enter it into the Johnson School Web Team work queue. Projects are prioritized and queued on a monthly basis according to school-wide priorities.

Project/update requests emailed to individual Webmasters will not be processed! Please email all requests to Web Master.

Plan ahead! Submit work requests well in advance. Lead time for projects is one to six months, depending on the complexity of the work that needs to be done. Keep in mind that only proper planning can ensure timely delivery.

Initiate a new project
Work orders for the web Team must be requested via email to Web Master. All requests will be assessed and you will be contacted.

Request an update
Most departments should have a designated staff member to make simple updates to departmental or unit web sites at the Johnson School. If you are a manager and would like to arrange training for one of your staff to be able to update specific pages or you would like to request a simple textual update to an existing page, send email to Web Master.
