Prior to her experience at Mondelēz International, Irene Rosenfeld brought more than 20 years experience in consumer packaged goods to Kraft Foods, Inc., the world's second-largest food-and-beverage company, when she took the helm in June 2006. She previously served as chairman and CEO of Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. Prior to that, she held a number of key positions at Kraft and General Foods. Her accomplishments include integration of Kraft's $19 billion Nabisco acquisition.
