Julia E. Matsudaira
Two-year MBA '14

Prior to pursuing her MBA, Julia spent several years in the nonprofit sector, where she developed expertise in human capital management, strategic planning, program evaluation, and fundraising.  Most recently she was the San Francisco site Program Director for Summer Search, a national leadership development program for low-income youth.   At Johnson, Julia is focusing her studies on finance and asset management, and also serves as a fellow for BR Microcapital the student council representative to the Johnson alumni Advisory Council a member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management and a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow.  She is interested in the role the financial services sector can play in promoting positive change for individuals and society. Post-MBA, Julia would like to pursue a career in private wealth management.

Julia earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University with highonors in East Asian Studies.
