Mandy was an environmental technology consultant at ARCADIS for 4 years in New York City prior to pursuing her MBA. Her project management experience includes construction of the Catskill UV Treatment Facility, rehabilitation of the Delaware Aqueduct, and facility upgrade for the Wards Island Pollution Control Plant in New York City. While working at ARCADIS, Mandy also started the ARCADIS- Engineers Without Borders initiative and participated in 2 sustainable water resource projects.
Through the EFII Fellows Program, Mandy hopes to gain a comprehensive perspective across business, politics, economics, and technologies to support her ongoing aspiration of becoming a venture capitalist specialized in clean technology investments. With a post-graduation plan to work in cleantech entrepreneurship, Mandy also spent her past winter break at a cleantech incubator in San Francisco, researching emerging clean technology trends and helping define the organization&rsquos newest investment thesis.
Mandy holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Carleton College and an MEng degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
