Carlos Roberto Issao Yoneda

Prior to joining Johnson, Carlos worked for 7 years in financial services at Itaú Bank, Brazil. He started as a legal department intern, completed the Leadership Rotational Program and worked as a commercial banker for 5 years. Carlos developed a loan portfolio worth over USD 50 million and an investment portfolio worth over USD 150 million. During the last 2 years, he worked as a product manager and led the development of a new reporting system for collateral controls, which avoided the use of 141,000 paper sheets per day. By joining the EFII Fellow Program, Carlos wants to develop an accurate skillset for strategic business decisions, combining corporate finance and sustainability.


Carlos holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of São Paulo, Brazil and is also a Lawyer, with a B. of Law from the Pontifical University of São Paulo, Brazil.
