Jon Ambrose is a first year MBA student at Johnson, where he is focusing on entrepreneurship and the science of combining sustainability with profitable business enterprises. Jon began his professional career at JP Morgan Chase in a leadership development program, where he led initiatives to optimize the management reporting system used throughout the firm. He then joined Gap International in 2009, a management consulting firm in Philadelphia. During his three years at Gap, Jon was responsible for presenting programs to client teams to impact leadership, team dynamics, organizational culture, and executive strategy. Jon was a frequent traveler and worked with clients on four different continents and across many different industries. Jon left Gap International in 2012 to pursue his MBA at Johnson.

Jon is actively involved in the Johnson community.  He is a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow, an officer of the Ethics Action Group, and a member of the Sustainable Global Enterprise Club. He is also an Associate at Big Red Ventures, a fully funded on campus venture capital firm. Soon after starting at Johnson, Jon co-founded Rosie, a predictive shopping application for consumers that provides online and mobile ordering capability to local grocers and online retailers.
