She evaluated business processes, identified strategies for engaging the local community, and laid down new practices and procedures for the start-up. Deborah has eight years of experience in fields ranging from legal to social service to the performing arts. Immediately prior to relocating to Abu Dhabi, Deborah spearheaded the Development department at Lark Play Development Center, a theater company in New York City that developed new work for the stage. In this role she led the funding strategy, seeing budget increases of over 30% in her two year tenure. Deborah is a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow, Vice President of Grant Making for Community Impact Club and Vice President of the Out for Business Club. She is excited to gain exposure to new industries and apply a sustainability lens to solving real business challenges.
