Prior to joining Johnson, Jerry spent six years in the Management Development Program at Ernest & Julio Gallo working in a pricing, sales and marketing capacity. In spite of his career progress, he grew up with a sense of community that continues to influence his activities outside of work. In May 2009, he brought a group of five young professionals together with the objective of educating youths on career options that are underrepresented within the African-American community. In 2010 Jerry also co-founded Out-to-Reach, a non-profit organization focused on the social, mental and spiritual recovery in Haiti post-earthquake. He has been has traveled on many trips to Haiti taking other volunteers with me to contribute towards community support and recovery efforts. At Johnson, Jerry sits on the Student Council as Career Management Center Chair and he is an Emerging Marketing Fellow.
