Raoul Hingle holds a Bachelor in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering and a Master in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India.
After graduation, Raoul joined Schlumberger, the world&rsquos largest oilfield services firm and worked in a variety of assignments around the world &ndash UAE, Qatar, India, Timor-Leste, Australia, Turkey, Romania, and UK, a number of which are emerging economies. As an engineer, he provided onsite formation evaluation services, to identify potential hydrocarbons as well as directional drilling services to achieve the geological targets, helping his clients make critical business decisions and cost savings. Raoul got promoted to Drilling Services Manager in 2012 and served as a business liaison, technical consultant and administrator on drilling projects for 6 exploration companies and covered projects ranging from wildcat exploration in Black Sea to high pressure, high temperature wells in North Sea. He has extensive exposure to cross-cultural practices and international business protocols through his work experience in various countries with people of over 50 nationalities. Raoul enjoys playing badminton, watching movies and reading.
Raoul is pursuing a career in the energy industry, with a focus on strategic planning and business development.
