Grace G. Schiodtz

Grace Schiodtz was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and lived in various cities across the U.S., Canada and Chile. She graduated top of her class in 2009 from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, Chile with a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Capital Management. While completing her Master&rsquos degree she worked at BHP Billiton Mining focusing on talent pipeline for future projects and creating the annual skills development program. After finishing her studies she transitioned into the high-tech industry working in the marketing area of Microsoft as the Business Productivity Specialist for the Office Suite and related software, successfully launching Microsoft Office 2010. While simultaneously working with different national non-profits during her studies and career, Grace decided to dedicate a year to social causes, as a volunteer teacher of Computer Competency and Effective Presentation with CreceChile, an organization aiming to further the development of professional skills of workers and students, and as a fundraiser and reconstruction volunteer leader after the 2010 Chilean earthquake. She then joined CSAV Shipping, working in project management with cross-functional teams supporting company turnaround during the global recession as Process Improvement Analyst, implementing global pricing and sales commission systems, assisting in personnel restructuring, and improving customer service. Previously she worked as Regional Planner for the West Coast South America region, forecasting and coordinating ry Managers, accountable to senior management for strategic reports and action plans. Grace has extensive experience with project design, pilot trials and systems implementation on a global scale, with excellent coaching skills and business analytic capabilities.      

Personal Interest

I will be pursuing a career in Project Management in international corporations. I am looking to lead companies expanding to new markets, through business insight and cultural understanding.
