Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Summer Treks are an amazing opportunity for admitted LGBTQ+ MBA students to connect with a range of top-tier companies looking for MBA talent. The treks run through June and July every summer and focus on the following industries: finance, consulting, technology, marketing/retail, and healthcare. Each trek has a different industry focus and allows students to get a feel for a “day in the life”. All dates are subject to change.

Through their events, they hope you learn more about what makes Bain unique and feel more equipped for the fall. ExperienceBain is a pre-MBA program designed for candidates who’ve been accepted into an MBA program at an eligible school starting Fall 2024.

Bain’s Building and Supporting Excellence (BASE) program was originally established as an avenue to provide initial exposure and a chance to learn about a career in professional services to MBA students whose backgrounds are often underrepresented in the profession. Inspire is an immersive event for incoming US MBA students during which attendees will connect with members of their host diversity networks, explore the potential of a career in consulting, and refine their problem-solving and leadership skills.
Through interactive activities, case workshops, panels, and networking events, attendees will learn about their work, culture, and people, and hear examples of how they strive to make the firm, clients, and society at large more inclusive and equitable.
