Pam Holding

Co-Head, Equity Division, Fidelity Investments

Pam Holding is co-head of Fidelity Investments’ Equity Division. She oversees the Value & Income, Small- Cap, International, and Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) Equity investment teams and, jointly with Tim Cohen, co-head, Equity, oversees Fidelity’s Global Equity Research. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Holding served as chief investment officer at Fidelity Institutional Asset Management® (FIAM®), an investment organization within Fidelity Investments’ asset management division that is dedicated to serving the needs of consultants and institutional investors, such as defined benefit and defined contribution plans, endowments and financial advisors. In this role, Ms. Holding was responsible for FIAM’s equity portfolio management, investment research, and risk management functions.

Before joining Fidelity in 2013, Ms. Holding served as chief investment officer and senior portfolio manager on the Global Value Equities team at Putnam Investments. Previously, she was head of European and International Equity Research in Putnam’s London office and held several fixed income research and research management positions. Ms. Holding also served as a senior high-yield bond analyst at Kemper Financial Services. She has been in the financial industry since 1986.

Ms. Holding earned her bachelor of arts degree from Princeton University and her master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Najah Abouelafia

Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Najah Abouelafia is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibilities for European capital goods and U.S. medical technology. She has seven years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for two years. Earlier in her career at Capital, she covered European luxury goods. Prior to joining Capital, Najah worked as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in finance and statistics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Najah is based in London.

Archana Basi

Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Archana Basi is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility for telecommunications in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, beverages in North America and Europe, as well as food for Europe. She has 21 years of investment experience and has been with Capital Group for four years. Prior to joining Capital, Archana held analyst positions covering telecommunications at Wellington Management Company, LLP, and T. Rowe Price. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Maryland. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Archana is based in London.

Barbara Burtin

Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Barbara Burtin is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility for European and Latin American banks. She has eight years of investment experience, all with Capital Group. Prior to joining Capital, Barbara worked in business development for Capital One Financial in the United States, France and Italy. She also brings a variety of other international business experiences, including entrepreneurship and management consulting. She holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in finance from HEC Paris. Barbara is based in Los Angeles.

Lee Chu

Fixed Income Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Lee Chu is a fixed income investment analyst for Capital Group with research responsibility for municipals, specifically the state and local government, higher education and tribal gaming sectors. She has nine years of investment experience, all with Capital Group. Lee began her career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. Prior to joining Capital, she spent a year in South Korea on a Fulbright Scholarship, awarded by the U.S. Department of State. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with honors from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude. Lee is based in Los Angeles.

Kaitlyn Murphy

Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Kaitlyn Murphy is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility for U.S. chemicals and automobile & components manufacturers and railroads for the U.S. and Canada. She has 13 years of investment experience, all with Capital Group. Kaitlyn began her career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational studies, with a focus on international relations from Brown University. Kaitlyn is based in Los Angeles.

Diana Wagner

Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Diana Wagner is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility for global semiconductor equipment and paper & forest products companies, as well as U.S. health care services companies. She has 21 years of investment experience and has been with Capital Group for 17 years. Prior to joining Capital, Diana was at ING Barings in London and at SBC Warburg in New York. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in art history from Yale University. Diana is based in New York.
