Joe Thomas, dean of Johnson at Cornell University recently met with the Economic Times of India while visiting locations throughout that country.  He discussed the imperative of MBA programs to provide a moral and ethical compass for students and for today’s businesses to grow around a sustainable, contributing model.

He also spoke of the need and MBA programs to grow their global economic programs and coursework.  He discussed how Johnson’s Emerging Markets Institute developed in response to the clear demand from organizations and students to identify and align goals in research and education in the growing global, emerging marketplace.
