Johnson’s Women in Business event, also known as JWiB, gives prospective women MBAs an opportunity to visit the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and be among like-minded businesswomen. Our tight-knit community is definitely one to experience firsthand.
Johnson recently welcomed 277 MBA candidates to our campus in Ithaca. The Class of 2019 spent a week getting to know one another, participating in welcome activities, and tackling team-building challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
The most concerning question I had when starting my MBA program was: will I be able to balance a full-time job while studying for my MBA? The answer is a big, resounding YES! I have compiled three key ways—the three “I’s”—to help executive MBA students succeed in balancing work and MBA studies.
With spring arriving and nature boasting fresh and fearless change, I realized that my incredible MBA experience is really shaping me, building my capacity, and transforming me into a learner with endless potential for personal growth.
