International Students

Every day we benefit from the invaluable contributions our international community members make to Johnson. Learn about Cornell’s commitment to supporting international students and find resources at Global Learning.

International Student Orientation

Incoming international students must participate in International Student Orientation before the start of Johnson classes. ISO is designed to:

  • acclimate you to U.S. business school
  • help you build early connections with key faculty and staff, as well as your international peers
  • launch your career search with a crash course on everything you need to know to be successful on the job market

ISO Details

  • Required programming: May 6 – 8, 2020 6:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m. Eastern time
  • All sessions will be virtual
  • There is no fee to attend ISO, but you must confirm your participation as part of the Student Information Form linked in the New Student Guides

ISO Waivers

International students who have extensive U.S.-based work and/or educational experience might be eligible to waive the ISO requirement.
