"JMB provides a beautiful glimpse to what it means to be a Johnson student. I left the weekend feeling inspired and energized about the Johnson community and convinced that my career aspirations can be accomplished with the impeccable support of those at Johnson. JMB participants can expect to understand what makes Johnson unique through interactions with current students, alumni, faculty and staff members."

“JMB gives you such a detailed preview of the Johnson community—don’t miss it! I applied to Johnson after JMB came and went, and it could have helped me tremendously in my pre-MBA journey of deciding which programs were right for me. After volunteering for JMB in 2019, I saw first-hand how powerful and transformative the weekend can be in helping prospective students get a feel for being a member of the community and better understand life as a Johnson MBA.”

“JMB was a game changer. The moment I stepped foot in Sage Hall for the first time, I experienced all the great things I’d heard about Cornell and the community at Johnson. From team building challenges with two classmates who continue to be some of my closest friends, to a quote by Marmeline Petion-Midy (MBA ’00) during the symposium that made me rethink my career approach and future goals, the whole weekend was unforgettable. JMB helped me realize that Johnson is where I needed to be to get a holistic MBA education”

“My experience at JMB is, to be frank, the reason I chose Johnson. It was my first visit to campus and in-person interaction with students, faculty and staff, and the entire weekend just exceeded all of my expectations. A close friend from home (and first-year at the time) encouraged me to apply and guaranteed I would not regret it. She was right! Everyone was so incredibly warm and welcoming and, even though I was convinced I bombed my interview, I left Ithaca envisioning myself living here in the Fall. It’s a really wonderful opportunity to get to know the community at Johnson, meet other diverse candidates and participate in really engaging dialogue about diversity & inclusion.”
