As Executive Director for Executive Education at the Johnson School at Cornell University, Devin is responsible for the design, development and strategy for the growth and success of non-degree executive education offerings.
Prior to joining Johnson in February 2013, he served as a Project Director for Duke Corporate Education based in New York and previously London as part of the organization’s joint venture with the London School of Economics since 2008. Devin facilitated the design and development of customized executive education programs including client relationship management, program design and deliveries, business development, budget creation and implementation, supplier engagement, and overall project leadership. Devin has also served as a classroom facilitator on global programs focused on leadership, brand management and communications.
With Duke CE, Devin worked globally on programs focused on leadership, innovation, marketing, strategy and development for clients including IBM, Google, Norwegian Shipowner’s Association, Honeywell, HSBC, Ingersoll Rand, and The Home Depot. He has worked in more than a dozen countries including the United States, China, Singapore, India, Germany, Norway, France, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Ecuador and the United Kingdom.
He is particularly interested in the leadership lessons that executives can learn from the sports environment. With this interest, Devin has written numerous “Business Lessons from Sports” articles for Forbes.com and The Globe and Mail newspaper (Canada) with his co-author, Karl Moore from McGill University.
Devin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Communications. Devin lives in Ithaca, New York with his wife, Celia; son, Cullen and daughter, Charlotte. He has dual citizenship between the Republic of Ireland and the United States. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and traveler.
Catherine is responsible for working with clients to create programs that are tailored to meet their unique learning objectives. She has over thirteen years in program management and four years of business development experience in higher education. In addition to working with general business clients, she also focuses on the hospitality industry and the business of food.
Catherine holds a BA Honors from the University of Reading, and received her post-graduate diploma in business administration from Norwich City College. Prior to working in executive education, she worked with local K-12 schools to provide internationally focused programming.

As Regional Director – South America for Executive Education at the Johnson School at Cornell University, Oto is responsible for the design, development and strategy for the growth and success of non-degree executive education offerings including both customized and open-enrollment programs. This includes designing and delivering new and existing solution offerings, new business development in South America, financial forecasting and formulating strategic plans for the business.
Prior to joining Johnson in January 2014, Oto served as a Business Development Executive Manager for the Euvaldo Lodi Institute at the National Confederation of Industry – CNI/IEL since early 2009. He was responsible for organizing executive education programs in partnership with many business schools around the world –Wharton, Stanford, Duke, INSEAD, McGill, Steinbeis, which included design and development, planning, coordination, and successful execution of national client programs, and serving as a connection between companies, schools, faculty and staff to ensure an unique delivery. He also worked with Harvard, Cambridge – UK and HEC Paris on the Business School for the Industry School project.
Oto has earned the Certificate of Professional Development from The Wharton School; MBA at the University of Central Oklahoma – UCO; Postgraduate in Accounting from Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV, and Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Brasília – UnB. Oto has taken Executive Education courses with emphasis in leadership, strategy, innovation and management at The Wharton School, Stanford University, University of California Berkeley, DUKE CE, INSEAD – France and Singapore, London School of Economics, McGill University, Steinbeis. In Brazil, he has completed the Leaders Formation Program for Industry System by Dom Cabral Foundation, the Leadership Training and Executive Coaching by Dale Carnegie, and the Senior APG by Amana-Key.
