Blake Steenhoven's research focuses on the role of accounting information in the judgment and decision making of investors, managers, financial analysts, and other capital market participants. His research has been published in The Accounting Review and the Journal of Accounting Research. Before joining the Johnson Ph.D. program in 2016, Blake worked as an auditor for KPMG in Seattle, with clients in the technology, financial services, and real estate industries. He received his BBA from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2014, majoring in accounting and economics.
