Biography

Murat started his Ph.D. at Johnson in fall 2018 with a research focus in quantitative marketing. He holds a BS degree in systems engineering from the Turkish Military Academy and two MS degrees, one in industrial engineering and another one in management, both from Georgia Tech. Before moving into academia, Murat worked as a Ranger officer in the Turkish Army, where he assumed various leadership roles over a span of 7 years.
