Join it and explore not only what it takes to be a successful business leader but also how to lead a rich and rewarding life—of doing well, while doing good. We give you the tools, we give you the experience, and we give you the lifelong network.

A two year full-tuition fellowship award for up to 25 Johnson students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership potential. (Must be a US citizen to apply.)

The Roy H. Park Leadership Fellows Program was established in 1997 and is funded by the Triad Foundation (Roy H. Park and the Triad Foundation). It serves to attract the highest caliber MBA talent to Johnson, and to reward demonstrated leadership potential. The Program was founded on a leadership theme that emphasizes the development of leadership skills. As such, fellowship awards are based on:

  • Leadership qualities
  • Professional and personal life accomplishment
  • Past academic achievement
  • Commitment to community service and/or socially responsible business

A dynamic leadership development program that is among the richest leadership development experiences in any top school in scope and impact.

In addition to their MBA curriculum, Park Fellows participate in a robust leadership development program. Features include:

  • A cohort of 25 learning partners for developing leadership skills
  • A two-year developmental sequence based on the development of personal, interpersonal, team and system mastery skills
  • A constant cycle of experiential learning and reflection
  • A track record of leadership performance that is made through contributions to the school and surrounding community
