The Roy H. Park Fellowship is about extraordinary leadership—ambition as well as humility, passion as well as intellect, and achievement as well as service.

The Program

The Roy H. Park Fellowship is a two-year full-tuition fellowship award for up to 25 full-time Johnson MBA candidates who have demonstrated outstanding leadership potential.

Established in 1997 and funded by the Triad Foundation which carries on the legacy of American entrepreneur Roy H. Park, the program serves to attract the highest caliber MBA talent to Johnson and to reward demonstrated leadership potential. Founded on a leadership theme that emphasizes the development of leadership skills, fellowship awards are based on:

  • Leadership qualities
  • Professional and personal life accomplishment
  • Past academic achievement
  • Commitment to community service and/or socially responsible business

In addition to their MBA curriculum, Park Fellows participate in a robust leadership development program, including:

  • A cohort of 25 learning partners for developing leadership skills
  • A two-year curriculum based on the development of personal, interpersonal, team and system mastery skills
  • A track record of leadership performance that is made through contributions to the school and surrounding community
