As the first top business school to have a dedicated office focused on supporting the rising generation of women, underrepresented minority (URM) and LGBTQ leaders, we are pleased to invite candidates from diverse backgrounds to engage with us through several events designed to provide opportunities to learn more about the community, culture, and values that exist within the Johnson community.

Premier Hosting Events

Our premier hosting events provide you with the chance to learn about our Cornell MBA program and academic community while gaining valuable information on how to position yourself as a leading candidate for admission. Our diversity dinners and brunches provide you with a unique experience to connect with Cornell MBA graduates over dinner or brunch. You’ll learn more about the experience and student life at Johnson as well as the key takeaways that our alumni have brought with them to the workplace.

Diverse Student Consultations

Our commitment to supporting diverse students begins from the start of your admissions experience. We invite you to schedule a 20 minute consultation with an admissions team member prior to submitting your application to gain a deeper understanding of the resources available to our students as well as the steps you can be taking to present yourself successfully in the admissions process.
