The Park Fellowship is truly unique among top business schools. No other MBA school offers such a comprehensive, challenging and inspirational program dedicated exclusively to leadership development. As a fellow, I was continuously able to refine my management skills through practical, hands on exercises. Most important, the Park Project enabled me to apply what I had learned in a realistic setting in order to make a tangible difference in the Ithaca Community. I am extremely grateful for my experiences as a fellow and a Cornellian for they fundamentally altered the future direction of my professional and personal life.

Roy H. Park Leadership Fellows Program AlumniThe Park Leadership Fellows Alumni Association was created in the spring of 2001. The objective of the association is to provide a lifelong experience for Park Fellow alumni through social and professional networks. The program involves alumni through newsletters, reunion and networking events, professional development opportunities, and other programs to help them remain active in the Park Leadership Fellows Program. These activities are designed to develop ways to share business and community service ideas, leverage alumni to market the program and build a strong network, and ensure that each alumnus receives a consistent and engaging message about the program. This year's reunion event featured a public-service volunteer activity for the Food Bank of New Jersey and a keynote presentation by U.S. Marine Corp Brigadier General Jay Paxton.
