Two-Year Cornell MBA Class of 2024: Full-Time Job Offers and Acceptances

Of the 291 Two-Year MBA graduates in the class of 2024, 261 were seeking full-time employment and 81 percent received a job within three months of graduation. Graduates with US work authorization received a slightly higher percentage of offers at 88 percent, while non-US work authorization graduates received a slightly lower percentage of offers at 71 percent.

The Two-Year MBA class of 2024 received average base salary of $161,967. US work authorized graduates earned slightly more than the average at $163,232 and non-US work authorized graduates earned slightly less than the average at $159,606.

Salary by Industry

Over 40 percent of Johnson 2024 graduates are employed in the financial services industry, while almost one-third are employed in consulting, which have the highest average base salaries. The technology and telecommunications industry has the third highest percent employment, while the healthcare / medical services / pharmaceutical industry has the third highest average base salary for the graduating class.

Almost the entire class of 2024 found employment in North America. The remaining three percent were spread out across the world.

The vast majority of the class of 2024, 97 percent, remained in the US for work. The Northeast region employed the highest percentage, almost two-thirds of recent graduates, followed by the West. The Southwest region had the highest average base salary, followed by the Mid-Atlantic region.
