LGBTQ+ at Johnson

The Johnson LGBTQ+ community is a major asset to the fabric of our student body. ODI celebrates the many unique identities that make up the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer+ communities. We provide ongoing identity-development support for students who are on their journey to finding ways to express their true authentic selves. Our approach to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community allows for everyone, no matter where they are on their coming out journey, to participate. We work closely with Out for Business (O4B) and maintain partnerships with organizations such as the Reaching Out MBA to offer engaging personal development programs, and foster community among our LGBTQ+ students and allies.

Check out the resources available to Johnson LGBTQ+ students in the sections below, as well as Cornell’s HR guide for Diverse Living in Ithaca, to learn about the multicultural community that is Ithaca.
