Veterans at Johnson

First, thank you for your service to your country.

You will find a very unique supportive environment here. Johnson is committed to supporting our veteran students intellectually, socially, and financially. As a veteran, you bring a unique facet to the entire Johnson student body and we are all enriched by your leadership experiences. When you come to Cornell, you become part of an extensive network of more than 300,000 alumni, including 13,000 Johnson graduates. Connect with Cornell’s Military Community and explore the web portal to discover the programs and services available to our active military and veteran students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Our unique Immersion Program allows veterans to quickly get up-to-speed as career-changers. That first-year deep dive into a subject matter is good for any career changer, but can be especially true for veterans as you transition back to the academic environment and into the world of business. You can go with confidence into your internship with four or five accounting courses under your belt, as compared to the one you would acquire at other b-schools.

In addition, you’ll find a small class size with incredibly supportive staff and faculty that makes Johnson a unique place among elite business schools.
