Laura Georgianna is the director of the Roy H. Park Leadership Fellows program within the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. In this role, Laura manages all aspects of this unique leadership program from curriculum design and delivery, to alumni engagement and program impact.
Laura is also a director of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Initiative within the Human Capital Development Group at the ILR School at Cornell
. In this role, she designs and teaches customized executive educational programs for leaders from a variety of settings who are looking to innovate and grow their organizations.
Laura has spent her career working with leaders and organizations to help them build the capabilities required to deliver results, grow their businesses and achieve their goals. Prior to her transition to Cornell, Laura spent her career in corporate settings in management, organization, and leadership development roles. The majority of this time was spent working for Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters), Merck & Co., and Welch Allyn.
Laura received an MBA and MILR from Cornell University and is a class of 2003 Park Leadership Fellow alumna. She took on the directorship of the Park Program in 2015, when Clint Sidle retired, after founding and leading this distinctive program for 17 years.
