Dana L. Price, MBA ’11

Dana Price is CFO of Kenzie Academy, a VC-backed college alternative that trains students for technology jobs, joining in July 2019. Prior to this she worked at McGraw-Hill as VP Finance & Analytics / VP M&A, and held Chief Financial Officer roles at several firms, including Commonwealth Business Media where she helped sell the private-equity backed portfolio company to United Business Media. Dana spent a number of years at Primedia in both a financial and M&A capacity. She has worked on over 100 transactions on the buy and sell sides as well as the integration of acquisitions. As a result of her Entrepreneur classes at Cornell, she spent two years in the tech startup world upon completion of her MBA and is passionate about Entrepreneurship. Dana began her career at Deloitte, holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and a MBA from Cornell University. She is a CPA.
