Sustainable Global Enterprise Club

Mission: To empower future leaders to integrate social and environmental sustainability into business by providing the Cornell community with forums for networking and education

2012 SGE Club

The SGE Club is a professional club at Johnson that supports all students, regardless of immersion choice, with career assistance, networking, and an understanding of fundamental sustainability concepts.

The SGE Club fosters student sustainability interests in varied business functions by sponsoring speakers and offering a fall curriculum to prepare students for immersions, internships and full-time jobs.  In 2012 the Club is focused on buttressing career preparation for its members and furthering the discussion of sustainable business within the Johnson community.

The SGE Club is made up of six affinity groups, which host their own distinct activities in addition to supporting all-club events and initiatives. The SGE Board consists of representatives from each affinity group and three facilitators. The facilitators manage club operations, logistics, and organization-wide events.
