Julien Ruggieri, MBA ’05

Mr. Julien Ruggieri serves as President of Batipart International, an affiliate of the Batipart group, a Luxembourg based family owned company with real estate and hospitality interests in Europe, Canada, and Africa.

His main focus is the development of Onomo Hotels, a pan-african 3 star business hotel chain. Before joining Batipart, Mr. Ruggieri worked at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) in New York, after having worked for an American subsidiary of Arcelor Group. He serves as Chairman at Onomo Hotels and Senior Baltic.

He served as Director of Korian, a leading European owner, and manager of assisted living facilities, and Fonciere des Regions, 6Bn listed french REIT.

Mr. Ruggieri is a graduate of the European Business School and holds a DESS post-graduate degree in Audit from IAE, Aix-en-Provence. He has an MBA from Johnson at Cornell University, earned through the Cornell Executive MBA program based in Palisades, NY.
