Financing your EMBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership degree
EMBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership students often receive employer sponsorship or merit-based, partial scholarships. Remaining tuition costs can be funded with federal or private loans.
Applicants will be considered for partial scholarships by the scholarship committee based on the strength of their application. There is no supplemental information required for scholarship consideration. Scholarship awards will be communicated in conjunction with offers of admission.
We encourage you to have an open conversation with your supervisor and discuss sponsorship opportunities. Your supervisor will need to supply one of your letters of reference for your EMBA/MS application.
Students can borrow up to $20,500 (maximum) through the Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan. Remaining tuition costs (less any scholarships or employer contributions) can be borrowed through a Federal Direct Graduate PLUS loan, which requires a credit check. Your first step in the federal loan, application process is to file a FAFSA application using the FAFSA code: G04762 (Weill Cornell Medicine). If you are approved for a federal loan you must submit a federal loan request form to our financial aid office. More information on this process will be available once you are enrolled in the program.
You may research and apply for private loans to finance your EMBA/MS degree. We do not recommend any particular lenders. Once you have been selected and approved, you must submit a private loan request form to our financial aid office.
