EMBA Metro NY Residential Sessions

The Executive MBA Metro NY program includes four residential sessions, also referred to as “residence weeks.” These sessions are held at the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, New York with accommodations provided at the on-campus Statler Hotel.

Each of the program’s four academic terms begin with a week in residence, setting the tone for collaboration and academic excellence. During each residential session, you’ll experience courses and programming as you grow your networks and engage in rich discussion.

Focus on your career

Although career and executive coaching is an integral part of the entire EMBA Metro NY program experience, you’ll take part in focused career development activities and one-on-one discussions with staff from the EMBA Career Development Office during a portion of some of your residential sessions.

Get to know faculty and classmates

While in Ithaca, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to engage with faculty and classmates outside of the classroom. Activities include team-building with Cornell Outdoor Education, attending hockey or basketball games, touring the Cornell campus, visiting local Finger Lakes wineries, and hiking in nearby parks.
