Biography

Rakesh Allu is a Graduate Student in Operations, Technology and Information Management at SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell. His research focusses on understanding ways to integrate emerging technologies into operations of public and private sector companies. Prior to pursuing his PhD, he served as data scientist at Deloitte US where he facilitated implementation of cognitive robotic automation for banking and insurance firms across the globe. He also served as a data analyst at HSBC’s network and channel analytics group where he identified opportunities to enhance customer experience on digital channels. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
