Biography

Hanwen Zhu is a current Ph.D. student in OTIM at SC Johnson College of Business. Her research interests lie in the intersection of public good, networked systems, and data-driven policy design. She works with non-profit organizations to help refugee children in Turkey enroll in school. She also conducts research in redesigning the working process with AI agents to balance business efficiency and social welfare. Before joining Cornell, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Management Science at Fudan University.
