Biography

Ruizhe (Roy) Huang joined the Management and Organizations group in 2022. He is interested in studying innovation and entrepreneurship from the perspectives of institutional theory and network analysis. Before joining the Ph.D. program, Roy earned a B.A. in Sociology with summa cum laude from Cornell University and became interested in management research while working for a venture capital firm.
