Biography

Ruizhe (Roy) Huang joined the Management and Organizations group in 2022. He studies how entrepreneurs use relational strategies to navigate complex institutional environments in international business. Before joining the Ph.D. program, Roy earned a B.A. in Sociology with summa cum laude from Cornell University and became interested in management research while working for a venture capital firm.
