Biography
Yu Nu's research interests lie at the intersection of sustainability, artificial intelligence (AI), and operations management. She is particularly passionate about exploring how AI-based technologies can transform food waste management within commercial kitchens. Also, she integrates advanced data-driven analytics and insights into human-AI interaction to pioneer innovative solutions for effectively managing perishable inventory systems. Her research methodology includes employing causal inference analyses, machine learning techniques, and data-driven optimization strategies.
