Family Innovations Summit

The Family Innovations Summit has been postponed for 2020.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Family Innovations Summit has been suspended. This summit will return in 2021, however much of the content will be delivered via webinars in the coming months. For the most up-to-date information and FAQ, please check the Cornell coronavirus website.

What last year’s attendees said:

“Full of wonderful information from generations of leaders.”

“Family business – the reality series.”

“Each speaker was thoughtful and unusually candid. The crowd was also very well curated; exclusively family members of family-run businesses.” David Teten, Managing Partner, HOF Capital

“The Summit was a great introduction for our younger and/or non-working family members. Those that attended got a clear understanding of the complexity associated with a family business. While more complicated than they might have thought at first, they and the founders saw that there were alternative paths to continuing family businesses.” – Alan Suna, Silvercup Properties

“Energizing, educational, enlightening (and even entertaining!).” -Thalia Loffredo, Vice President, Waldorf Realty Co., Inc. and Kallas Family Partnership L.P.

  • The summit is reserved exclusively for business owners and members of family businesses or family offices. The Smith Family Business Initiative reserves the right to determine suitability for attendance.
