Fahim Razzaque, Equity Research Analyst, Fidelity Investments
Fahim Razzaque is an equity research analyst at Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMR Co.), the investment advisor for Fidelity's family of mutual funds. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.
In this role, he is a member of the Small Cap Team covering domestic technology, and domestic healthcare stocks.
Prior to assuming his current position in August 2008, Mr. Razzaque worked as an equity research intern at Adage Capital Management in 2007, as a senior engineer at Qualcomm from 2004 to 2006, and as an electrical engineer at HP from 2001 to 2004. He has been in the investments industry since 2007.
Mr. Razzaque earned his bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan, his master of science degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and his master of business administration degree in finance from Cornell University. He is also a CFA(r) charterholder.
Steph Jackson, Director of Research, T. Rowe Price
Steph Jackson is a director of research, North America, in the Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Mr. Jackson is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is a member of the Equity Research Advisory Committee, Equity Steering Committee and Risk Management Oversight Committee.
Additionally, Mr. Jackson is the chair of MOSAIC which identifies issues and opportunities relevant to talent, business practices, and culture in support of the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
Mr. Jackson has 29 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he was a senior portfolio manager and a managing director with Brown Capital Management, where he managed mid-cap and large-cap growth portfolios. Mr. Jackson also was employed by NCM Capital Management as a growth portfolio manager and director of equity research.
Mr. Jackson was a Morehead Scholar and earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Jackson also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the France-Merrick Foundation, an executive Board member of the Baltimore Community Foundation, and a member of the Abell Foundation Board. He was previously the chairman of the Investment Committee of the Gilman School and member of the advisory board of Bridges.
William C. Rives, Portfolio Manager, Analyst, Putnam Investments
Mr. Rives is a Portfolio Manager of Putnam Capital Opportunities Fund and Putnam Global Utilities Fund. In addition, he is an Analyst in the Equity Research group, focusing on the natural resources and utilities sectors. Mr. Rives is responsible for conducting fundamental analysis and valuation of E&Ps, MLPs, renewables, energy service companies, and utilities. He applies his research in the energy and utilities sectors to making buy and sell recommendations and for making security selection decisions for the funds he manages. Previously at Putnam, Mr. Rives was an Analyst in the Equity Research group responsible for covering the natural resources and utilities sectors. He has been in the investment industry since he joined Putnam as an Equity Associate in 2013. Mr. Rives earned his B.A. from Amherst College.
Thomas Spratt, CFA, Vice President, T. Rowe Price
Tom Spratt is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and manager of the equity associate analyst and research associate teams. He joined the firm in 1997 as a portfolio assistant in the U.S. Equity Division. In 2000, Tom moved to the position of research specialist providing fundamental research support to a number of investment professionals. In 2004 he added some managerial responsibilities and then in 2007 took over as manager of the associate analyst team. Tom earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
