Lance Hao
Senior Equity Research Associate, Dodge & CoxMr. Hao received his B.A. in Economics from University of Chicago in 2020. He joined Dodge & Cox in 2020 and covers Commercial Services (Int’l) and the Consumer Staples sectors.
Thomas Spratt, CFA
Vice President, Associate Head of Equity Associate Analyst Program, T. Rowe PriceTom Spratt is the associate head of the T. Rowe Price Associates Equity Associate Analyst program and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Tom’s investment experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1997, beginning as a portfolio assistant in the U.S. Equity Division. After that, Tom became a research specialist, providing fundamental research support to a number of investment professionals. In 2004, he gained some managerial responsibilities and then became manager of the Associate Analyst team. Tom earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Mimi Yang, CFA
Vice President and Macro Analyst, Dodge & CoxMs. Yang received her B.A. degree from Cornell University in 2008 and her M.S. degree in Economics from the London School of Economics in
2013. Prior to joining Dodge & Cox in 2014, she worked for two years each at Barclays Capital as an international economic analyst and at
Duquesne Capital Management as a macro research analyst. Ms. Yang is a CFA charterholder.
