Brenda Ibanescu

Brenda M. Ibanescu – Equity Research Associate. Ms. Ibanescu received her B.S degree from San Francisco State University in 2017, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining Dodge & Cox in 2020, Ms. Ibanescu worked as an Investment Banking Analyst covering the Technology Sector at Deutsche Bank in San Francisco, California.

Karol Marcin

Vice President, Dodge & Cox

Karol Marcin – Vice President.  Mr. Marcin received his B.A. (summa cum laude) from Whitman College in 1995 and his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000. Prior to entering graduate school, he worked for three years as a financial analyst with Salomon Brothers. Mr. Marcin joined Dodge & Cox in 2000. Mr. Marcin is a shareholder of the firm and a CFA charterholder.

Arun Palakurthy

Vice President, Dodge & Cox

Arun Palakurthy – Vice President. Mr. Palakurthy received his A.B. degree (Phi Beta Kappa) in Economics from Dartmouth College in 2002 and his M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School in 2008. Prior to graduate school, he spent four years in the fixed income division of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Palakurthy joined Dodge & Cox in 2008. He is a shareholder of the firm and a CFA charterholder.

Paige Davis

Vice President, Head of Associate Analyst Program, T. Rowe Price

Paige Davis, Jr., is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He is the Head of the Associated Analyst Program and a former Portfolio Manager in the Private Asset Management Group of the US Equity Division. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Davis was a Vice President at M&T Bank in the corporate finance division, a Senior Equity Research Analyst at MTB Investment Advisors, and a Senior Analyst at the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System.

Mr. Davis earned an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business, and a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Davis is active in philanthropy and serves on several non-profit boards, including T. Rowe Price Charitable. He is the former Chair of the Board of KIPP: Baltimore public charter school. He is also a member of the Dean’s Diversity Advisory Council at the Darden School of Business. Mr. Davis is a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee LEADERship program. In 2014 and 2015, he was named “Top 40 Under 40” by the Toigo Foundation and Baltimore Business Journal, respectively.

Kristin Schweitzer, CFA

Head of the future T. Rowe Price Investment Management Associate Analyst Program, T. Rowe Price

Kristin Schweitzer is the Head of the future T. Rowe Price Investment Management Associate Analyst program in the U.S. Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Prior to this role, she was an associate analyst providing research support to the technology team. Kristin joined the firm as a new graduate in 2008 within Fixed Income Fund Accounting and then served as an investment liaison within the Equity Division supporting a number of small-cap and technology strategies. She earned a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Loyola University Maryland. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Thomas Spratt, CFA

Vice President, T. Rowe Price

Tom Spratt is the associate head of the Equity Associate Analyst program in the U.S. Equity Division. He also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Tom’s investment experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1997, beginning as a portfolio assistant in the U.S. Equity Division. After that, Tom became a research specialist, providing fundamental research support to a number of investment professionals. In 2004, he gained some managerial responsibilities and then became manager of the Associate Analyst team. Tom earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

David Strasburg – Vice President. Mr. Strasburg received his B.A. degree (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002 and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Stanford University in 2010. Prior to graduate school, he worked at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in investment banking. Following graduate school, Mr. Strasburg worked as an investment analyst at Watershed Asset Management. Mr. Strasburg joined Dodge & Cox in 2015.
