Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst, Fidelity Investments
Courtney Grimble is an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analyst in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this this role, Ms. Grimble works with Fidelity’s analysts across asset classes in the oil and gas, industrials, and materials sectors to engage with and rate holdings from an ESG perspective. Additionally, she develops thematic expertise on environmental issues to share with investment professionals. She also helps lead Fidelity’s proxy voting approach to environmentally and socially focused shareholder proposals.
Prior to assuming her current responsibilities in 2019, Ms. Grimble was a senior corporate governance analyst in Fidelity’s Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) division, where she helped manage shareholder proposal voting, voted proxies across various industries, and evaluated compensation. She also worked in Fidelity’s Personal Investing (PI) division as a senior financial trading specialist, where she led a team of front-line phone representatives. Ms. Grimble began her career in the financial industry when she joined Fidelity in 2014 as an international trading representative, responsible for international trades in foreign markets for sophisticated high-net-worth customers utilizing a niche trading system.
Ms. Grimble earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics and sociology from St. Michael’s College.

Capital Group Keynote Panel
Cyana Chilton is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibilities for diversified banks, asset management & custody banks, investment banking & brokerage in the U.S. and exchanges in the U.S., Europe and Asia. She has eight years of investment industry experience, all with Capital Group. Cyana began her career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stanford University. Cyana is based in New York.
Senior Business Leader
Alice Davison is a senior business leader at Capital Group, where she oversees the Capital Associates Program. Most recently at Capital, Alice worked as a director on the talent acquisition team, with responsibility for global, investment group recruiting. Before working in HR, she was a fund administrator and consultant for Capital Research International, and a manager of The Associates Program (TAP), a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. Alice was also a previous TAP participant. She holds an MBA with distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College. Alice is based in New York.
Rob Grube is an investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility for P&C insurance, asset managers, trust banks and as a small- and mid-cap generalist in North America. He has eight years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for five years. Prior to joining Capital, Rob worked as an investment analyst at JP Morgan Private Bank. Before that, he was a professional golfer. He holds an MBA, with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in American studies from Stanford University. Rob is based in New York.
