Fighting racism and fostering equity, inclusion, and belonging

Johnson stands committed to creating a community that is actively antiracist, diverse, inclusive, and equitable. Dialogue and education are essential now more than ever to help us dismantle systemic racism in our school, in business education more broadly, and in the organizations our students go on to lead. As we cultivate future leaders, it is imperative we seek to understand and to create change, to dream bigger, and to build a place of belonging for all.
