Biography

Shiying joined the Management and Organizations group at Johnson in 2022. Her current research interests include sustainability, innovation, and strategy. Before coming to Cornell, Shiying completed her master’s degree in public policy at Georgetown University and holds bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. She also worked for the World Resources Institute and the International Monetary Fund as research analyst for two years, which reaffirmed her passion for engaging both public and private sectors to create societal impact.
