Biography
Vanessa Sá is a Ph.D. student in the Management and Organizations department at Cornell University's Johnson School of Management. Her research interests focus on decision making, morality and leadership. Prior to entering Cornell, Vanessa earned a bachelor's and master's degrees from University of Lisbon and began her research career as a pre-doctoral fellow at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in the field of Organizational Behavior. Vanessa's research on business ethics won a grant from the Luso-American Development Foundation in 2019 and has been presented in several conferences, such as, the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (2019) and the Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Management (2020).
